Okay, so I wanted to figure out who got sacked the most in the 2023 NFL season. It seemed like a fun little project, and I figured it’d be easy enough to track down.
First, I started by just, you know, Googling it. I typed in “most sacked QB 2023” and figured a bunch of articles would pop right up. And they did! Lots of sports news sites had stuff about it, but I wanted to see the actual numbers, not just read about them.
So, I dug a little deeper. I found some websites that track NFL stats, they were all number and letters, I was confused, but, I kept looking.
Then I start to make my note, I opened my notepad and I copied the stats I found, at the same time, I filter the data to 2023 season, I don’t want to see any other data.
My Findings (Finally!)
After all that digging and clicking, here’s what I came up with:
- I confirmed that it was indeed Sam Howell who took the most beatings.
- It was brutal. That poor guy got taken down way more than anyone else.
- I even found some detailed breakdowns of how many sacks he took in each game. It was rough.
It’s a good lesson,I learned a lot.I should do this more often.
