Okay, so, I’ve been wanting to get into this whole “Rikishi Shirt” thing for a while. I kept seeing them pop up on my feed, and they looked pretty cool, so I decided to take the plunge. I started by doing some digging online, just to see what was out there.
I went to a bunch of different websites, you know, the usual suspects. I saw a ton of options. Some were plain, some had these crazy designs, and the prices were all over the place. There were even a few vintage ones that caught my eye, but they were going for, like, a hundred bucks or more. Too rich for my blood, especially since I wasn’t even sure if I’d like wearing them.
After browsing for what felt like forever, I found a couple of shirts that looked decent. One had this funny cat design on it, dressed up like a sumo wrestler. It was pretty cheap, so I figured, why not? I added it to my cart. Then I found another one, a long-sleeved shirt, with some Japanese writing on it. I don’t know what it said, but it looked cool. This one was a bit more expensive, but I decided to splurge a little.
I also saw some collectible stuff, like toys and figures, but I wasn’t really interested in those. I just wanted a shirt to wear, you know? Anyway, I finally checked out and paid for my shirts.
The waiting was the worst part. It took a few days, but they finally arrived. I ripped open the package and tried them on. The cat one was hilarious. I could see myself wearing that out with friends. The long-sleeved one was nice too. The material felt good, and the fit was perfect.
I’ve worn them out a few times now, and I gotta say, I’m digging them. They’re comfortable, they look good, and they’re definitely conversation starters. People keep asking me where I got them.
- First Step: Browsed online to see what kinds of Rikishi shirts were available.

- Third Step: Bought the shirts and waited for them to arrive.
- Fourth Step: Tried on the shirts and liked how they looked and felt.

Overall
I’m glad I finally decided to try out these Rikishi shirts. They’re a fun addition to my wardrobe, and I’ll definitely be looking to buy more in the future. Maybe I’ll even try to find one of those vintage ones if I can find a good deal.
