Okay, so I’ve been a huge WWE fan for years, and Becky Lynch? She’s just the Man, right? I wanted to really get into her whole vibe, her moves, her attitude. So, I started this little project, and I thought I’d walk you through what I did.

Getting Started
First, I watched a ton of her matches. I mean, hours and hours. I didn’t just passively watch, either. I focused on her specific moves, how she moved around the ring, her facial expressions, everything.
- I started with her earlier NXT stuff.
- Then I moved onto her main roster debut.
- And of course, I binged all her big Wrestlemania moments!
Breaking it Down
After all that watching, I began to break down her key moves. You know, the Dis-Arm-Her, the Manhandle Slam, even just her basic punches and kicks. I tried to copy them, just messing around in my living room (don’t worry, I moved the coffee table!). It’s way harder than it looks, let me tell you!
It wasn’t just about the moves, though. I also tried to capture her swagger. That straight fire she brings to every promo? I practiced talking trash in the mirror. Sounds silly, I know, but it helped me get into the character a little bit.
Putting it all Together
Finally, I tried to put it all together. I imagined I was in a match, visualized the crowd, and went through a whole sequence of moves, ending with a (very clumsy) Dis-Arm-Her on my imaginary opponent (which was a pillow, by the way).
It not perfect,I’m nowhere near as good as Becky, obviously, but it was a fun way to appreciate her skill and charisma even more.
So, yeah, that’s my little Becky Lynch deep dive. It was a lot of fun, and I definitely recommend trying something similar if you’re a big fan of a particular wrestler. Just be careful not to break anything – or anyone!
