Alright, so I wanted to keep better track of my stats in Rainbow Six Siege. I heard about this thing called “r6 tracker,” so I decided to give it a shot. Here’s how it went down.

Finding and Setting it Up
First, I just Googled “r6 tracker.” The first thing that popped up looked legit, so I clicked on it. The website was pretty straightforward, thankfully. I had to make an account, which was the usual email and password stuff. No biggie.
Once I had an account, the next step was linking it to my Ubisoft account. This was a little nerve-wracking, giving some website access to my game account, but it seemed like everyone else was doing it, so I went for it. There was a button that said something like “Link Ubisoft Account,” and I just followed the instructions. It asked me to log in to my Ubisoft account, and then it asked for permission to access my data. I clicked “yes,” crossed my fingers, and hoped for the best.
Checking Out the Stats
After everything was linked, boom! My stats were right there. It was pretty cool, actually. I could see my overall K/D ratio, my win rate, and even how I was doing with each operator. It was a lot of information, almost overwhelming, but also kind of motivating.
I spent some time poking around the different sections. There were graphs showing my progress over time, which was neat. I could see when I had good days and bad days, and it even showed my rank progression. It felt good to see all that data laid out in front of me.
Using it to (Hopefully) Get Better
Now, I’m not suddenly a pro gamer just because I’m using a tracker. But, it’s definitely helped me see where I can improve. For example, I noticed my win rate with certain operators was way lower than others. That’s a pretty clear sign that I need to either practice with those operators more or just avoid using them as much.
The other thing I found useful was seeing my K/D ratio over time. It’s not the only thing that matters, but it’s a decent indicator of how I’m performing. If it’s going up, great! If it’s going down, I know I need to shake things up and figure out what’s going wrong.
My Overall Thoughts
Honestly, it is pretty handy. I’ll be sticking using it. It’s not magic, but it’s a useful tool for anyone who wants to see how they’re doing in the game and maybe, just maybe, get a little bit better.
