Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into Wuthering Waves lately, and let me tell you, the “Lost History” quest? It’s a doozy. I spent a good chunk of my weekend figuring this thing out, so I figured I’d share my experience and hopefully save some of you a headache.

Starting the Quest
First things first, I stumbled upon this quest totally by accident. I was just wandering around, exploring the map like I usually do, and bam – quest marker popped up. It was near that big, spooky area… you know the one. I accepted it without even knowing what will happen!
The Confusing Part
The quest description was super vague. It mentioned something about “fragments” and “uncovering the past,”. I spent so many hours at first figuring the clues. I was running around in circles, talking to every NPC I could find, and generally feeling like I was missing something obvious.
My Breakthrough Moment
Then, it hit me. I remembered seeing these weird, glowing… things… scattered around the area. They looked kinda like broken pieces of something. So, I started actively searching for those. I figured they had to be the “fragments” the quest was talking about.
Collecting the Fragments
This part took a while. Those fragments are tiny, and some of them are really well-hidden. I used my special tools a bunch to check my surroundings. After a little bit of exploring, I realized that.
- Look Up High: Some fragments were on top of cliffs or ruins. I had to do some serious climbing.
- Check Behind Things: Others were tucked away behind rocks, trees, or buildings.
- Use the Sensor: It highlighted the fragments when I got close, which was a lifesaver.
I grabbed every fragment I could find, my inventory slowly filling up with these mysterious glowing bits.
Putting it Together
Once I had all the fragments (or at least I thought I did), I went back to the quest giver. And… nothing. Turns out, I was still missing one! I went back and scoured the area again, double- and triple-checking every nook and cranny. Finally, I found the last one hidden inside a broken pot. Sneaky!
The Big Reveal
With all the fragments in hand, I returned to the quest giver again. This time, something actually happened! I got to the point, there’s the cutscene and dialogue. The whole thing took me a solid few hours, but it was totally worth it in the end.
So, yeah, that’s my “Lost History” story. Hope this helps anyone who’s stuck! Go give it a shot and see what happens!
