Okay, so I’ve been trying to keep better track of the Laver Cup results, you know, for fantasy tennis and just to stay in the loop. It’s surprisingly tricky to find everything in one place sometimes, so I figured I’d share my, uh, system. It’s not pretty, but it works!

Digging for the Data
First, I started by just plain old Googling. You’d think it would be easy, right? “Laver Cup results” should get you there. It kinda does, but it’s often a mix of news articles, old stuff, and things are all over the place. It is not what I want.
So, after some digging around, I realize that it’s better to go for more real-time updates.
Keeping it Organized (Sort Of)
Next, I created a super simple note . Nothing fancy, just a place to dump the info. I divided it into sections:
- Day 1:
- Day 2:
- Day 3:
Under each day, I added the matches as I find them. I just wrote down who played who, and the score. No formatting, no extra details, just the bare minimum to keep track.
For example, it will look like this when I doing:
- Team World vs Team Europe
- 1:0
- And so on…
The Final (Messy) Result
Finally, I review what I collect. My note isn’t exactly beautiful. It’s a jumble of scores, and sometimes I forget to update it immediately, so I have to go back and fill things in. But, it does give me a single place to see all the results as they happen. It’s way better than hopping between a bunch of different websites.
I guess the main takeaway is, sometimes the simplest way is the best. Even if it’s not the most elegant solution, it gets the job done. And for keeping up with the Laver Cup, that’s all I really need!
