Alright, guys, let’s talk about this chest I found on Yashiori Island. It’s a locked common chest, and I spent a good chunk of time figuring out how to open it. So I figured I’d share my experience and save you all some trouble.
Locating the Chest
First things first, I headed to the spot marked on the island. It wasn’t too hard to find, honestly. I just followed map. You’ll see a common chest there, all locked up and tempting.
The Bake-Danuki Game
Now, the trick to opening this chest isn’t some complicated sword puzzle or anything like that. It’s all about these little guys called bake-danuki. They’re like, these magical raccoon things that love to play hide-and-seek.
I cranked up my game volume, ’cause you need to hear for these guys. They make this little bell sound, like a “ding-ding,” and that’s your clue that they’re nearby.
I started looking around the area, listening carefully. After some walking, I heard the sound. I kept seraching and got closer, the sound became clear.
Then I found one!It had transformed into object. When I interacted with it, it disappeared with a puff of smoke, and another bell sound appeared nearby.
- I followed the sound, and it turned out to be near to the common chest.
- Then I found the second one, it has transformed into a barrel.
- I interacted with it again and get closer to the common chest.
- Then I found the last danuki!
After I interacted with the last bake-danuki, poof, the chest unlocked! Finally, I got it!
Honestly, it was a pretty fun little game, once I figured out what was going on. It is kind of cute, searching for those little tanuki guys. Hopefully, this helps you get that chest open without too much hassle!
