Okay, so I wanted to figure out who Purdue was playing today. It’s a pretty simple thing, right? But sometimes you just blank, or maybe you’re checking multiple teams and get mixed up. Whatever, it happens.

Step 1: Fire Up the Search Engine
First thing I did was open up my browser. You know, the usual routine. I didn’t even bother typing in a full address, just popped “who does purdue play today” straight into the search bar.
Step 2: Scan the Results
The search engine did its thing, and boom – a bunch of results popped up. I didn’t even have to click anything! Usually, It shows me what I am searching for. I quickly glanced over, and realized purdue men’s basketball team had already finished its season.
I had to refine my search to get to the sport that was in season that I was most interested in.
Step 3: Refine my Search Again
I made my search more specific this time. I was most interest in baseball. I did the same search as before but this time I added “baseball” to my search.
Step 4: Find the Answer
This time, I got my answer. The results showed me exactly who they’re playing, what time, I even quickly found out where I could watch the game.
So, yeah, that’s it. Nothing fancy, but it got the job done. Sometimes the simplest methods are the best, right?
