Alright, so you wanna know how many GBs this CFB 25 thingy is, huh? Well, lemme tell ya, it ain’t as big as some of them other games, that’s for sure. I heard tell it’s around 27 GB on that Playstation 5 thingamajig. Yeah, 27 GB. That don’t sound like too much, does it? My grandson, he’s always downloadin’ games bigger than that, takin’ up all the space on that there box.
Now, if you got one of them Xboxes, it’s a bit bigger, see? They say it’s around 32.4 GB. Why it’s bigger on one than the other, I couldn’t tell ya. Seems like these young folks make things complicated just for the fun of it. Back in my day, we had them Atari things, and they didn’t have no GBs at all. Just plugged ’em in and played.
They also say this game, this College Football 25, ain’t gonna work on them older Playstations or Xboxes. You know, the Playstation 4 and the Xbox One. Nope, you gotta have the new ones. That’s how they get ya, always makin’ you buy the new stuff. It’s a racket, I tell ya, a real racket.
- Playstation 5: About 27 GB
- Xbox Series X/S: About 32.4 GB
Now, they did say somethin’ about an update when the game first comes out. Said it was less than 1 GB for the Playstation fellas and about 8 GB for them Xbox fellas. Eight GB! That’s a lot of space for an update, if you ask me. But they say it’s because they built the whole game from scratch, didn’t just slap some new paint on an old one, you know?
Compared to that Madden game, this CFB 25 ain’t so big. I heard that Madden 25 is over 50 GB! Can you believe that? 50 GB for a football game! What in the world do they put in there to make it so big? Must be all them fancy graphics and whatnot. My grandson, he says it looks real, like you’re watchin’ a real game on TV. But I tell him, it ain’t real, it’s just a game. Back in my day, we played football outside, with a real ball.
So, if you’re worried about space on your Playstation 5 or Xbox, this CFB 25 ain’t gonna eat up too much. But you might still have to delete some of them other games, especially if you got that Madden one. Or you could get one of them external hard drives, I hear they’re pretty good for storin’ stuff. My grandson got one, looks like a little black box, and he puts all sorts of things on it. Movies, games, pictures… you name it.
Anyways, that’s the long and short of it. 27 GB for Playstation, 32.4 GB for Xbox. And don’t forget that update, especially if you got an Xbox. That 8 GB is gonna take a chunk of space. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go make some supper. All this talk about games is makin’ my head spin.
In simple words, if you got a new Playstation or Xbox, the game won’t take up too much room. But if you got a lot of other games, you might need to make some space or get one of them extra storage thingies. And don’t be surprised if you gotta download an update, especially if you got an Xbox, that update will be bigger than the one for Playstation. That’s all there is to it, nothin’ too complicated.
