Alright, alright, let’s talk about this… uh… “wuthering waves banner leaks” thing. I don’t know what all them fancy words mean, but my grandson showed me some pictures and told me to yap about it. So here I go.
So, they got these new characters coming, see? Like, in a game or somethin’. My grandson, he’s always playin’ them games. Anyways, they call ‘em “resonators,” which sounds mighty important, but they’re just folks in the game, far as I can tell.
Version 1.3 and 1.4 Banners
They just had some new fellers come out in somethin’ called “version 1.3,” and now folks are already gossiping ‘bout who’s comin’ next in “version 1.4.” It’s like waitin’ for the new crops to come in, only it’s pictures on a screen. They say some company, “drip marketing” they call it, is droppin’ hints. Sounds like leaky faucet to me, always drippin’ and droppin’ information.
- Version 1.3: They got some new folks, but seems like everyone’s already lookin’ ahead. Just like when the neighbor gets a new cow, you start thinkin’ ‘bout when yours will calve.
- Version 1.4: This is the one everyone’s whisperin’ ‘bout. Who’s gonna be the next big shot? Who’s gonna be the strongest feller in the game? They don’t tell ya straight, mind you. They like to keep ya guessin’, like tryin’ to figure out the weather by lookin’ at the clouds.
Version 2.0 Banners – The Big One
Now, this “version 2.0” thing, that’s where the real excitement is at, accordin’ to my grandson. He says there’s gonna be a whole new place in the game, a new “region” he calls it. And with new places come new folks. They’re sayin’ there’s gonna be two new big-shot characters, “5-star” fellers. Sounds fancy, don’t it? Like them city hotels with all them stars.
These fellers, they call ‘em “playable characters,” which I guess means you get to be them in the game. It’s like puttin’ on a different hat, only it’s on a screen. They say there’s gonna be leaks about ‘em too, folks findin’ out secrets before they’re supposed to. Reminds me of the time old Mrs. Henderson’s chickens got out and everyone knew she was plannin’ on sellin’ eggs before she even said a word.
What are Rovers Expecting?
Now, them folks that play the game, they call themselves “Rovers.” Sounds like they’re wanderin’ around, lookin’ for somethin’. And I guess they are. They’re lookin’ for these new characters, wantin’ to know who’s gonna be the best, who’s gonna help ‘em win. It’s like pickin’ a good horse for the race, you wanna make sure you got a winner.
And this “leaking” thing, it’s like hearin’ gossip at the town square. Someone whispers somethin’ to someone, and afore you know it, everyone’s talkin’ ‘bout it. It’s all about who’s gonna be the next big thing, who’s gonna be the strongest, who’s gonna be worth spendin’ your hard-earned… whatever they spend in the game. My grandson says it ain’t real money, but it sure sounds like it the way he talks.
Release Date and Featured Resonators
And everyone’s always askin’, “When’s it comin’ out? When can we get our hands on these new characters?” They got folks talkin’ ‘bout release dates and “featured resonators,” which I reckon means who’s gonna be the main attraction, the ones they’re gonna show off the most. It’s like when the fair comes to town, they always got that one big prize, the one everyone wants to win.
So that’s the gist of it, as far as I can tell. New folks comin’ to a game, folks gossiping ’bout it, and everyone waitin’ to see who’s gonna be the best. Sounds just like real life, only with more pictures and less chickens.
