I hear tell that it’s way easier to wrestle with them contacts. No fuss, no muss. You can jump, you can flip, you can do all sorts of crazy things, and them contacts stay put, most of the time anyway.
Now, about Rey Mysterio himself. I heard tell his eyes are brown. Plain old brown, like a dirt road. But sometimes, ya see him with different colored eyes, maybe blue, maybe green, who knows? That’s gotta be them contacts, right? Why else would his eyes change color like that? He ain’t no chameleon, is he?

He wears them to see better, he wears them to change his eye color, and he probably wore them after that nasty eye injury. It’s just common sense, ya know? And in the wrestling world, common sense ain’t so common, so you gotta appreciate it when you see it.
It ain’t like nobody ever seen him wear glasses and he sure don’t wrestle with them on. I ain’t no expert but it just seems like he just wears contacts. They gotta be comfortable enough if he uses them for his job or whatever and it’s better than not seein’ I reckon. That’s about all I got to say about that.
