Now, Alex, he’s been quiet as a mouse for a while. Probably hirin’ one of them expensive city lawyers, tryin’ to figure out how to make this whole thing go away. But then, just the other day, somethin’ popped up on that X thingy, the one that used to be called Twitter. Some fella named Yaquinta, he put somethin’ up, said it was Alex talkin’.
But honestly, it was all mumbo jumbo. Didn’t really say nothin’ clear. You know how them fellas try to be all slick, talkin’ in circles so you don’t know what’s what? Yeah, that’s what it sounded like. Didn’t say he did it, didn’t say he didn’t. Just a bunch of words, meanin’ nothin’.

Seems like every time you turn around, there’s another story like this, another fella gettin’ into trouble. Makes you appreciate the simple things in life, you know? A good home, a good family, and a little bit of peace and quiet.
So, that’s the story, as far as I know it. Not pretty, but that’s life sometimes. Just gotta keep your head up, keep on goin’, and hope for the best. And maybe, just maybe, folks will learn to treat each other a little bit better.
I hope that girl gets the help she needs, whatever happened. And I hope Alex, well, I hope he does the right thing. Whatever that might be. The truth always comes out eventually, even if it takes a while. That’s what my mama always used to say.
