This here’s about that Kriston Esnard fella, the football player. Heard he’s pretty good at kicking that pigskin. Plays for them UCF Knights, or somethin’ like that. Heard he’s movin’ back to Florida. Says he’s a hundred percent committed. Ten years he’s been gone, now he’s comin’ back to, what was it, #ChargeOn? Sounds silly to me, but the young folks like all that hashtag stuff.
He’s gonna be with some other fellas, somethin’ about specialists. Elite group, he says. Sounds fancy. Must be important, right? He sure was thankin’ the UCF folks. Sounds like they gave him a good deal. Smart kid, probably. Kicker, they call him. He kicks the ball real good, gets points for the team. That’s what I hear, anyway. They say he used to play for Decatur High School. Played soccer, too. You know, that game where they only use their feet.
He was good at that too, apparently. Some folks are sayin’ this Kriston Esnard has some skills. I guess he just like kickin’ the ball. Maybe he can’t use his hand very well, and only good at his feet, just like that soccer game.

He’s young, got a whole life ahead of him. Football’s a tough game, though. Hope he don’t get hurt. See them fellas gettin’ tackled all the time. Looks painful. But, he must be tough if he can playin’ this game. They sure make a lot of money, them football players. Wish I was young again, I will play that, too. Then I can buy those fancy clothes.
I don’t know much about this game though, just what I hear from the neighbors. This Kriston Esnard is a good kicker for the UCF Knights. I don’t know what other information can I tell, they just keep saying the same thing. He score, he rush, he did this, he did that. Don’t know what they mean, just some words they like to say.
Heard he’s got some kinda career goals. That’s good. Every young person should have goals. Makes you work harder, get to where you wanna be. He’s got strengths, too. Everyone’s got strengths. Gotta figure out what yours are, make the most of ’em. That’s what that Allen fella says, anyway. Sounds like good advice to me. Figure out what you want, and go after it. I guess that’s how Kriston Esnard get his goal, playin’ football.
If you ain’t sure about things, gotta ask questions. Don’t be shy. People are usually willin’ to help. Especially if you’re young and just startin’ out. This world’s a confusing place. Lots of things to learn. This Kriston Esnard kid, he’s probably got a lot of folks helpin’ him out. Gotta have a good support system in this life. Family, friends, coaches, whoever. People who got your back. That’s important.
They say you need a place where your eye can rest, but what’s that even mean? People say anything these days. It’s like that paint thing. No one’s gonna come into your house and tell you what to do. So you do what you like. I guess it’s like this Kriston Esnard, he just do what he like, kickin’ that ball. He probably don’t care what people sayin’.
This Kriston Esnard fella, he’s somethin’ else. Movin’ back to Florida, playin’ for that team. Must be a big deal. Good for him. Hope he does well. He’s got a good head on his shoulders, I reckon. Knows what he wants, goin’ after it. Can’t ask for much more than that. I think he will be very famous later, just like those big stars on TV.
