Alright, let me tell you about this whole “Railroad Rally” thing in Monopoly Go. It’s been a wild ride, let me just say.
So, this event kicked off on April 26th, around 11:30 PM, and it was only for one day. The big deal was that you could snag up to 14,005 dice. Yeah, you heard that right, 14,005! Naturally, I was all in.
The first thing I did was try to figure out the best way to rack up those points. I mean, 14,005 dice? That’s a game-changer. The main strategy seemed pretty straightforward: land on those railroad spots. I started playing, rolling those dice and aiming for those railroads like my life depended on it. It was a bit of a grind, to be honest, but I was determined.
I noticed that building houses was a good move, too. It helped boost my income, and sometimes I’d hit these bonus events. That was pretty sweet. I also made sure to play with some friends, which made the whole thing way more fun. Plus, we were all trying to help each other out, sharing tips and whatnot. It is an easy play but I spent much time on it.
Here’s a little trick I picked up:
- I’d multiply my dice when I was six, seven, or eight tiles away from a railroad spot.
Turns out those are the most common rolls, so it made sense to bet big then. And if I was about to pass the Go tile, I’d definitely use a multiplier. Those extra dice really add up. I know some guys like to save their first play of the day for bonuses, but I was just too excited to wait around.
I kept at it, landing on railroads, building houses, and using those multipliers. It was a bit of a rollercoaster, with some lucky streaks and some not-so-lucky ones. But in the end, I managed to hit a bunch of those milestones. I didn’t get all 14,005 dice, but I got a decent chunk. It was a good haul, and I was pretty stoked about it. So yeah, that was my Railroad Rally adventure. It was a fun event, and I’m already looking forward to the next one. Maybe next time I’ll get even more dice!
