Okay, so today I really wanted to see how to watch the match between Casper Ruud and Gael Monfils. It’s been a while since I tried to find live streams of tennis matches, and I thought this would be a good opportunity to document my process.
First, I opened up my browser and searched for “Casper Ruud vs Gael Monfils live stream.” It was kind of a broad search, but I wanted to see what would come up.
I saw a bunch of results, but a few caught my eye. One was from a website called “JustWatch” that said it could show me where to watch live streams of ATP and WTA matches. That sounded promising, so I clicked on it.
Then, I found another result that said this match was part of the 2024 US Open, which runs from August 26 to September 8. I made a note of that, in case I needed to search within that specific tournament.
Another result mentioned that I could watch the Tennis Channel on Fubo. I’ve heard of Fubo before, but I’ve never used it. But hey, it’s worth checking out, right?
There was also a result that said this match was taking place at the BNP Paribas Open 2024 at Indian Wells. That was a bit confusing because another result mentioned the US Open. I figured I’d sort that out later.
I saw another search result talking about a free live stream, but I’m always a bit skeptical about those. Sometimes they’re not very reliable, or they’re full of ads. But, you know, I might still check it out if other options don’t work.
One result was specifically about Casper Ruud’s match at the US Open versus Gael Monfils on Wednesday. That was helpful because it confirmed that this match was part of the US Open. Phew, one less thing to worry about.
I also found a site that offered online video broadcasts of the match with different quality options. I decided to keep that one in mind too. You can never have too many options, am I right?
Finally, I noticed that I could stream the U.S. Open on Fubo, and they even had a seven-day free trial. That sounded pretty good. I mean, who doesn’t love a free trial? This was definitely an option I needed to explore further.
My Findings:
- There were lots of different websites offering live streams, but some were more reliable than others.
- It seemed like Fubo was a good option, especially with the free trial.
- I had to be careful about free live streams because they might not be reliable.
So, that’s where I ended up today. I’ll probably try out the Fubo free trial first and see how that goes. If that doesn’t work, I’ve got a few other options to try. I’ll keep you guys posted on how it goes!
