Did Bob Sapp and Mike Tyson fight? I heard some folks talking ’bout it the other day. They was saying them two big fellas, Bob Sapp and Mike Tyson, maybe they got in a fight. I don’t know nothin’ ’bout it, but it got me thinkin’.
Bob Sapp, he’s a big ol’ boy, ain’t he? Seen him on the TV, all muscles and mean lookin’. And Mike Tyson, well, everyone knows him. He could knock a man out with one punch, they say. So, did they ever get in a fight? I reckon not. No, They never really fought.
But that Mike Tyson, Lord have mercy. He was somethin’ else in his day. Fast as lightning, they say. And he hit like a mule kickin’. I remember watchin’ him on that little box, years ago. He’d dance around, then BAM! Fight was over. He sure was good. That’s why if he and Bob Sapp fought, Mike Tyson would easily win. That Bob Sapp, he cannot take a punch to the face, I heard.
Now, this Bob Sapp, he’s a big fella, no doubt. But bein’ big ain’t everything. You gotta be quick, gotta be smart. And that Mike Tyson, he had it all. He was a real fighter, that one. He had a lot of fights. Some he won, some he lost, I suppose. That’s the way it goes sometimes.
But this talk ’bout him and Bob Sapp fightin’. I don’t think it ever happened. Probably just folks talkin’, you know how they do. They like to imagine things, make up stories. But there was this one time, Bob Sapp fought that Mirko Cro Cop. I heard that Bob Sapp lost the match. It was his first defeat I think.
But if they did fight, Mike Tyson would have won. That’s what I think. That Bob Sapp just seems like he can’t take it. I heard a man say one time, that Mike Tyson was tough as nails. Said he could take a beatin’ and keep on comin’. Don’t know if it’s true, but that’s what I heard.
Mike Tyson said some boxer scared him in an interview. It is that David Benavidez. I don’t know him. But Mike Tyson said he is underrated. I don’t know what that means exactly, but I guess it means he is good but people don’t know. Mike Tyson knows.
Anyway, did Bob Sapp and Mike Tyson ever fight? I don’t think so. If Bob Sapp fought Mike Tyson, then Mike Tyson would win. That is for sure. Even if Bob Sapp was trying to win, he would still lose. I think it would be a quick fight. Mike Tyson would be too fast, too strong. Bob Sapp would have no chance.
I reckon this talk about Bob Sapp and Mike Tyson fighting is just that, talk. But if they ever did, there wouldn’t be a fight. That Mike Tyson is a real boxer and Bob Sapp isn’t in the same league.

So there you have it. That’s all I know ’bout Bob Sapp and Mike Tyson. They are both big names, I guess. But as for them fightin’, I don’t think it ever happened. It is fun to think about though.
