Lord have mercy.
- First Playthrough: Just play the game like normal, I guess. Do all the missions, beat the bosses. You know, the usual stuff.
- New Game+: This time, you start over, but you get to keep all your stuff. All them guns and robots and whatnot. Makes it easier, I reckon. But there’s new missions, too, and you gotta do things a little different to get a different ending.
- New Game++: Same as before, you start over, keep your stuff. But now, you gotta do things even more different to get the last ending. Sounds like a whole lotta trouble to me. But like I said, these young’uns, they like the challenge.
And get this, there are some trophies you can miss! Missable trophies, they call ’em. That means if you don’t do somethin’ at the right time, you gotta start all over again. Can you imagine? All that work, just gone down the drain. One of them’s called “The Fires of Raven”. Sounds scary, don’t it? My grandson was yellin’ about it the other day. Said he missed it and had to play through a whole bunch of missions again. Bless his heart.
So, how long does it take to get all them trophies? Well, they say it takes about 30-40 hours. That’s more than a whole day! And that’s just if you know what you’re doin’. If you’re like me, wanderin’ around, not knowin’ heads from tails, it’ll probably take you twice as long. Plus, you gotta replay missions a bunch of times. Seems like a lot of fuss for some shiny pictures, but hey, to each their own, right?
Now, they got all sorts of trophies. Trophies for beatin’ bosses, trophies for findin’ secrets, trophies for doin’ things just so. My grandson was tellin’ me about some of ’em. Somethin’ about “S-ranking” missions. Sounds like gettin’ an A+ in school, only harder. You gotta be real good to get them S-ranks. And there’s trophies for buyin’ all the parts for your robot, and for tryin’ out different builds. Builds, that’s what they call the different ways you put together the robots. Lots of parts they say. Sounds complicated if you ask me.
So, to sum it up, this AC6 Trophy Guide is about gettin’ all the trophies in the game. You gotta beat the game three times, do things a certain way, and don’t miss nothin’. It’ll take you a while, but if you’re determined, you can get that Platinum Trophy. And then you can show it off to all your friends, I guess. Me? I’d rather be sittin’ on the porch with a glass of sweet tea, but that’s just me.
