Even though they’ve had a rough patch, losing a few here and there, they sure pulled through this time. Now, the Orioles, well, they’ve been a little shaky when they go up ‘gainst Houston. Seems like they got a record of 34 wins and 47 losses against them Astros in all-time play. Not looking so good for Baltimore, huh?
Now, I don’t know all the ins and outs of what them players were doin’, but I sure know they had their moments. On that day of the game, there were some players doing better than others. I reckon some of them boys were hitting them balls real good and getting them runs in. The pitchers too, they were working hard to keep the other team from getting their score up. But, ya know, that’s baseball. One minute you’re winning, next minute you might be losing. Always keep your eyes on the ball, as they say!
Now, let’s talk about them stats a bit. If we look at the last few games before this one, it’s been a bit rough for the Astros, ‘cause they ain’t been winning much. They lost a good handful of games right before this win. But them stats don’t lie, and when it counted, the Astros did what they had to do. Now, the Orioles, well, they’ve been struggling to beat Houston too. They ain’t won much against ’em in the past, so this game wasn’t looking too hopeful for them.
