Okay, so I’ve been trying to snag that Jade banner in Honkai: Star Rail, and let me tell you, it’s been a journey. I started out feeling pretty confident. I mean, I’d saved up a decent amount of Stellar Jades, figured I had a good shot.
First thing I did was check out some guides online, just to make sure I wasn’t missing any obvious tricks. Looked at some tier lists, read up on her abilities – you know, the usual stuff to get hyped up. Made me want her even more, to be honest.
Then came the moment of truth. I dove into the Warp screen, heart pounding a little. I started with a single pull. Nothing. Okay, no big deal. Tried a ten-pull. Still nothing. This is where the doubt started creeping in.
- Pull 1: Zilch.
- Pull 10: Nope.
- Pull 20: Still searching.
I kept going, burning through my saved-up currency. Watched those animations play out over and over, hoping to see that golden glow that signifies a 5-star character. Each time, the disappointment stung a little more.
The Grind Continues
I wasn’t about to give up though! I started grinding every daily mission, every event, every little bit of Stellar Jade I could get my hands on. It was like a second job, squeezing in those extra tasks whenever I had a spare moment. It really is hard work.
More pulls, more disappointment. I started to wonder if my account was cursed or something. Saw some other people online celebrating their Jade pulls, and I’m not gonna lie, I felt a pang of jealousy.
But, finally it happen with all my hard work.
I got it at last! Feeling really good man!
