Alright, so, you wanna know about this Jayce Griffin fella, huh? Well, lemme tell ya, I don’t know much about fancy folks or big-city things, but I’ll tell ya what I know, the way I know how.
First off, I heard tell this Jayce guy, he’s kinda like that Woody Allen fella, you know, the one who made that movie about, well, you know… ahem… all that stuff nobody wants to talk about out loud. Yeah, that “Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex” thing. But hold your horses! I ain’t sayin’ Jayce makes movies like that. I’m just sayin’ he’s got people talkin’, just like that movie did back in the day.
Now, this movie, it was somethin’ else, I tell ya. Folks were all whisperin’ and gigglin’, but they were watchin’ it, that’s for sure. It was like that Dr. Reuben fella, the one who wrote the book that got Woody Allen all riled up to make that movie. Dr. Reuben, he had all the answers, or so they said. He even wrote a cookbook about eatin’ healthy, somethin’ about “Save Your Life Diet” and fiber, I think. See, folks were always lookin’ for answers, whether it’s about, you know, that or about what to put in their bellies.
So, back to Jayce. I reckon he’s got people curious, just like that movie and that book. People wanna know what he’s all about, what he’s doin’, what he’s thinkin’. He’s probably got folks askin’ all sorts of questions, just like they were askin’ Dr. Reuben back then.
- Is he a good fella?
- Is he a bad fella?
- Is he gonna stir up trouble?
- Is he gonna make things better?
Who knows! That’s what folks wanna find out.
Now, I ain’t seen Jayce myself, mind you. I’m just hearin’ things, you know, the way you do in a small town. Word gets around. People talk. And from what I’m hearin’, this Jayce guy, he’s makin’ a name for himself. He’s got folks interested.
I reckon it’s like this. Some folks, they just go through life quiet-like, nobody pays ’em much mind. Then you got other folks, they come along and they shake things up. They get people talkin’. They make a splash. Maybe Jayce is one of them splash-makers.
You know, like that Woody Allen fella. He made that movie, and bam! Everyone was talkin’ about it. Even me, and I don’t know nothin’ about movies! Or like that Dr. Reuben, writin’ about all that personal stuff, and suddenly everyone’s readin’ his book. It’s like they tapped into somethin’, somethin’ people were already thinkin’ about, but were afraid to say out loud.
Maybe Jayce is doin’ somethin’ like that. Maybe he’s sayin’ things people are thinkin’ but ain’t sayin’. Maybe he’s doin’ things people wanna do but are afraid to try. I don’t know for sure. But I tell ya what, it’s always somethin’ when someone gets folks all riled up and talkin’.
And that’s all I gotta say about that. I’m just an old woman, you know. I don’t know much about the fancy ways of the world. But I do know a thing or two about people. And from what I hear, this Jayce Griffin, he’s got people’s attention. He’s got ‘em curious. And that, well, that’s somethin’.
So, if you wanna know more, you gotta go find out for yourself. Don’t just listen to an old woman like me. Go on, get out there and see what all the fuss is about. But be careful, mind you. The world’s a big, confusing place. Just like that movie, sometimes it tells you more than you bargained for. And just like Dr. Reuben said, you gotta take care of yourself. Eat your fiber, I guess. And maybe, just maybe, you’ll figure out what this Jayce Griffin is all about.
