Okay, so I saw this thing going around about Jerry Jones’s grandson, Paxton Anderson, and whether he’s gonna be the next big quarterback. I got curious and decided to dig in a little bit, you know, just to see what the deal was.

First, I checked out some basic info. You know, who this kid is, what high school he’s playing for, that kind of stuff. Turns out he’s playing for Highland Park High School, just like his dad and granddad. Pretty cool legacy there.
The Basic search
I started looking for some game footage. Because you gotta see how a player moves, right? Stats are cool, but you need to see the actual play.
- First I typed in the name “Paxton Anderson”, but I didn’t find much.
- Then I search“Jerry Jones’s grandson”. I found some information.
- It turned out he’s playing for Highland Park High School.
Then, I tried to search some of his game videos. It took me a while to find the right match.
More Deeply Search
Finally, I found he’s a wide receiver, not a quarterback. So, that was a bit of a surprise, given all the quarterback talk I’d been hearing.
I watched some of the game highlights I could find. He seems pretty good! Good hands, runs good routes. Definitely got some skills.
After watching some games,I found he is a good player, but maybe not the next superstar quarterback some people were talking about.
So, basically, my little investigation ended with me realizing the initial buzz wasn’t quite right. He’s a receiver, not a QB, and while he’s talented, it’s still early days. We’ll have to see how he develops!
