Okay, so I’ve been seeing a lot of buzz online about Jordan Love, the Packers’ quarterback, and specifically, questions about his ethnicity. I got curious too, so I decided to do a little digging myself. Here’s what I did and what I found out.
My Little Investigation
First, I just did a simple web search. You know, typed in “Jordan Love ethnicity” and saw what popped up. I avoid those auto-complete suggestions. I like to see the raw results first.
I saw a bunch of different websites, some sports blogs, some news sites, and even some forums where people were chatting about it. I noticed a few kept mentioning his parents, Orpheus Love III and Anna Love.
Then, I started to check out a few of the more reliable-looking articles. I don’t trust everything I read * mentioned that his dad was African American and his mom was white. I kept that info.
I tried to find some interviews or profiles where Jordan himself talked about his background. I find going to the source can be helpful, it’s always better to hear it straight from the person, right?
I found that there are many public interviews that can be found, combined with my previous search.
Putting It All Together
After looking at all this stuff, here’s what I can gather, most of articles says: Jordan Love’s dad was Black, and his mom is White. So, he’s biracial. That seems to be the general consensus.
