Okay, so today I wanted to figure out who the Kansas City Chiefs mascot is. I’m a big football fan, but sometimes I get the mascots mixed up. So, I decided to do a little digging.

First, I opened my browser. You know, the usual starting point for any investigation these days.
My Research Process
I typed in “Kansas City Chiefs mascot” into the search bar. Just plain and simple, nothing fancy.
The search results popped up, and right there at the top, I saw a bunch of information. It was pretty clear.
- I learned that the Chiefs actually have two mascots! That was news to me.
- One is a wolf named K.C. Wolf. Apparently, he’s been around since 1989. I found out he was named after the “Wolfpack,” which was a group of loud Chiefs fans back in the day. Makes sense!
- I discovered that before K.C. Wolf, they had a mascot named Warpaint, A pinto horse, The images I saw of it looked pretty cool. I read that Warpaint returned in 2009 and it’s ridden by a cheerleader.
- And the other is a horse, also named Warpaint!
So, there you have it! I started with a simple question, did a quick search, and now I know the Chiefs have two mascots: K.C. Wolf and Warpaint. Mission accomplished!
