Okay, so today I messed around with something called “duran tennis.” Honestly, I’d never heard of it before, but it sounded kinda cool, so I figured, why not?

Getting Started
First, I googled it. Seems like it is a tennis training.
The Actual Practice
I went to a local tennis court with my friend, It’s basic, I mean, really basic, so we just start practice.
I tried to hit the ball,Most of the time, I completely missed. Other times, the ball went flying way out of bounds. My friend was a lot better, to be fair. We spent maybe an hour just hitting the ball back and forth, and honestly, I was sweating buckets by the end. It’s a lot harder than it looks!
My Takeaway
I realized a few things:
- My hand-eye coordination is… not great.
- Tennis is a serious workout.
- I need a lot more practice.
By the end, I was exhausted but I felt great, I will keep practicing.
