Okay, so I’ve been trying to get my golf swing looked at, and a buddy of mine mentioned this guy, David Clanton. I figured, why not? I’m always up for trying to improve my game, even if it means swallowing my pride and admitting I need help.

Getting Started
First thing I did was just some basic searching. I wanted to see what this Clanton guy was all about. I spent a good hour just watching videos and reading some stuff. It was pretty eye-opening, I gotta say.
Digging In
After that initial look, I started practicing. I went out to the range a couple of times this week.
- First day I just focused on what I’d seen, trying to get the feel of it. Honestly, it felt weird at first.
- Second time I was starting to see some improvement. Hit a few balls pretty solid.
- Third time I tried to increase the * felt a little better.
Putting It All Together
It’s still early days, of course. I’m not suddenly hitting the ball like a pro or anything. But I do feel like I’m making progress. I’ve noticed:
- Consistency: I’m making better contact more often.
- Distance: I think I’m getting a little more yardage, but I need to test that more.
I’m going to keep at it. I’ll probably head back to the range a few more times next week and maybe even try to get a round in to see how it feels in a real game situation. I’m cautiously optimistic, though. This David Clanton stuff might actually be working!
