Okay, so I needed a whole bunch of White Iron Chunks the other day. You know how it is, trying to level up a weapon or maybe craft some fancy teapot stuff, and suddenly you’re totally out. Happened to me. I looked in my bag, and yeah, practically empty.

Getting Started – Where Did I Even Find These Before?
First thing I did was try to remember where I usually pick these up. My memory’s like a sieve sometimes. I think I just smashed rocks whenever I saw them while doing daily commissions or whatever. Not very efficient, right? So, I decided I gotta be smarter this time. Needed a plan.
First Stops – The Usual Suspects
I figured, okay, mountains probably have rocks. Duh. So I teleported over towards Mt. Aocang. Flew around the peaks for a bit, you know, gliding down and spotting those greyish rocks. Smashed a few. Got some, yeah, but not like, a ton. It felt slow.
Then I thought about Stormbearer Mountains. Lots of mining outcrops marked there sometimes. Zipped over there. Found plenty of regular iron, which is fine, but the white iron wasn’t exactly jumping out at me. Found a few, maybe three or four nodes? Still not enough for what I needed. This was taking longer than I wanted.
Okay, Time for a Better Plan
Running around randomly was clearly not cutting it. I needed a lot of white iron chunks. I remembered seeing people talk about specific farming routes, but I didn’t want to just copy a map exactly. Feels less like playing, you know? But I needed some direction.
So, I tried to recall areas that felt “minerally”. Wolvendom came to mind. Lots of cliffs and rocky bits there. Seemed like a good bet. Also thought about Qingce Village, with all those terraces and caves.
Hitting the Good Spots
Decided on Wolvendom first. Teleported near the arena place and started running along the cliffs and paths. Took out my claymore character – much faster for smashing rocks. And boom! Started finding way more. They hide them near bushes sometimes, or against walls. Found a good few clusters there. Felt much better.
- Smashed rocks along the main path.
- Checked the cliff bases.
- Looked near the big wolf boss area (but not too close!).
After clearing out Wolvendom, I headed to Qingce Village. I like starting from the waypoint high up and gliding down. Makes spotting easier. Found a decent amount scattered around the bamboo stalks and near the water by the fields. Also poked into that cave system nearby – usually some decent stuff in there too. Success again! My bag was starting to fill up.
One More Place – The Secret Stash
Then I remembered! That little mine entrance near Mingyun Village. It’s easy to forget, kinda tucked away. Teleported over and went inside. And yeah, just like I remembered, several white iron nodes waiting for me. Good old reliable spot.

All Done – Bag Full!
So, after hitting Mt. Aocang (was okay), Wolvendom (really good), Qingce Village (also really good), and the Mingyun Village mine (nice bonus), I checked my inventory. Finally had a respectable pile of White Iron Chunks. Way more than enough for what I needed right then.
It really makes a difference having a few key zones in mind instead of just wandering. Took a bit of focused effort, running around these specific areas, but it was way faster than just hoping to stumble upon them. Maybe I should mark these spots on my map for next time? Nah, probably won’t. I’ll just try to remember. Good enough for now!
