Okay, so I’ve been racking my brain over this for like, a week now. Curtis Samuel or Drake London? It’s a constant battle in my head, especially with my fantasy league draft coming up. I had to figure this out, so I dove in headfirst.

The Deep Dive Begins
First, I pulled up both their stats from last year. You know, just eyeballing it, seeing what jumps out. Nothing crazy, just getting a general feel.
- Curtis Samuel: Solid, consistent. Kinda like that reliable friend who always shows up, but never really blows your mind.
- Drake London: Boom or bust. Some games he’s a monster, others… well, let’s just say he left me hanging.
Then, I started digging into their teams’ situations. New quarterbacks, offensive schemes, all that jazz. I spent, I don’t know, maybe three hours just reading articles and watching highlight reels (some of those London catches, wow!).
The “Expert” Opinions (aka More Confusion)
Of course, I checked out what all the “experts” were saying. You know, those guys on ESPN and fantasy football websites. Half of them were all in on Samuel, saying he’s the safer pick. The other half were hyping up London’s potential, saying he could be a league-winner.
Great. Super helpful, guys.
My Gut Feeling (and a Little More Research)
So, after all that, I still wasn’t 100% sure. But I started leaning towards London. Why? It’s a gamble, I know, but here’s my thinking:
- The Falcons should have a better offense this year, or at least, one can only hope.
- London’s got that raw talent. He’s a big dude, and those contested catches are insane.
- I checked some advanced stats, and target share is big one.
Samuel’s solid, but I feel like his ceiling is lower. With London, there’s at least a chance he goes nuclear.
The Final Verdict (For Now)
I’m going with Drake London. It’s probably going to be a rollercoaster, but I’m ready for the ride. Or at least, I think I am. Ask me again after week one, and I might have a completely different answer!
It’s done, My pick is in. And will see what happens.
