Okay, so I wanted to figure out who all the past winners of the RBC Heritage were. It’s a golf thing, and I’m a bit of a golf nut. I didn’t have a neat list anywhere, so I figured, “Why not make one?” Here’s how I did it.

First, I just did a simple search. I just typed in “RBC Heritage past winners” into the search bar. I figured something would pop up.
The search results gave me a bunch of websites. A couple looked promising, like the official tournament site and maybe some sports news places. I started clicking through them.
I skimmed through a few pages. Some had partial lists, some were just articles about winners, not the whole list. It was a bit of a mess, to be honest. Lots of clicking around and going back and forth.
Digging Through the Results
I finally found a site that seemed pretty reliable – it looked like the official PGA Tour site, or something connected to it. It had a table, but it wasn’t super easy to copy and paste.
So, I went through, year by year, and jotted down the winners’ names. I just used a simple text editor on my computer. Nothing fancy, just a place to dump the names as I found them.
- Opened a plain text document.
- Copied names, one by one (this was the slow part!).
- Checked a couple of times to make sure I didn’t miss anyone.
After I went through the whole list (which took a while!), I had a pretty good, long list of names. It wasn’t pretty, but it was complete.
It was definitely a manual process. There might be a faster way, but this is how I did it. I now have my own list, and that’s what matters!
