Alright, let’s talk about this “Reverse 1999” game. I’ve been playing it for a while now, and I gotta say, the characters are pretty cool looking. But, you know, looks aren’t everything. You gotta figure out which ones are actually good in a fight, right?
So, I started digging around. I checked out some of the characters, trying to see what they could do. One of them, this “Necrologist” character, caught my eye. Turns out, she’s a “Mineral Afflatus Arcanist,” which sounds fancy, but I think it just means she’s good with mineral-type magic. Some folks online were saying she’s one of the best you can build, but also that she’s “AP greedy,” which I guess means she uses up a lot of action points.
My Experiment
I decided to test her out myself. I put her in my team and started playing through some battles. Here’s what I noticed:
- She hits hard: Yeah, those online folks were right. This Necrologist character can dish out some serious damage.
- She’s a bit of a resource hog: She does use up a lot of AP. I had to be careful about when I used her skills, or else I’d run out of points for my other characters.
- She needs a good team: To make the most of her, I had to pair her up with characters that could either generate more AP or help her manage it better.
Building My Team
After a bunch of trial and error, I found a team setup that works pretty well. I won’t bore you with all the details, but basically, I focused on characters that could either boost the Necrologist’s damage or help her with her AP problem. It took some time, but I finally got a team that could really take advantage of her strengths.
Final Thoughts
So, is the Necrologist worth it? I’d say yeah, definitely. She’s powerful, and if you build your team right, you can overcome her AP-hungry nature. Of course, there are other great characters in “Reverse 1999” too, but she’s definitely one of my favorites now. This game has a ton of these characters, and figuring out who’s good and who’s not is half the fun, at least for me. And yeah, this whole “tier list” thing? It’s a good starting point, but don’t be afraid to experiment and find what works best for you. Happy gaming!
