Okay, so I’ve been meaning to check out Rickie Fowler’s ranking for a while now. I mean, the guy’s been around forever, right? He finally snagged a win again, which is great to see since he hasn’t won since like, 2019, that is cool.
Digging into the Rankings
First things first, I started by hitting up the usual spots, you know, the official golf ranking sites and such. I found out that his ranking has been all over the place. In September 2021, he was sitting pretty at 18th in the world. Fast forward to December 23, and boom, he’s down to 74th. That’s quite a drop, huh? I noticed, but hey, golf is a tough game. Even the best have their ups and downs, right? Then I keep going.
What Else Has He Been Up To?
So, apart from the rankings, I dug a little deeper into what Rickie’s been up to. It turns out, he didn’t even make it into the top 100 in the FedEx Cup standings last year. That means he missed out on the whole postseason. Bummer. But, on the bright side, he did get back to winning and even played in the Ryder Cup for the U.S., which is pretty awesome. I got that.
Also, I stumbled upon some personal news. Apparently, Rickie and his wife, Allison, just had their second daughter, Nellie. How sweet is that? It’s always nice to see these guys doing well off the course too. Becoming a dad for the second time, that’s a big deal!
Wrapping It Up

- Found he was 18th in September 2021, now 74th as of December 23.

All in all, it was a good little research session. I managed to get a better picture of where Rickie Fowler stands in the golf world right now and what he’s been up to both on and off the course. Keep it up, Rickie!
