Well, let me tell ya ’bout this fella, Odell Beckham Jr. He’s been playin’ football for a good long while now. Folks been makin’ a fuss about him, seems like forever. Signed Odell Beckham Jr., that’s what they’re all sayin’ now.
Now, I don’t know much ’bout fancy football stuff, but I hear tell he’s a pretty good player. They say he’s been a Pro Bowler three times, back in ’14, ’15, and ’16. He just signed with them, just four months after joinin’. They needed another fella to catch the ball, and I guess they figured he’s the man for the job. Folks been lookin’ for a third option, a veteran, and they figure he is the one.
But here’s the thing, he ain’t caught a single ball yet this year, not one! He’s played in three games with the Dolphins, and still nothin’. Now, I ain’t sayin’ he’s washed up or nothin’, but seems a bit strange, doesn’t it? Maybe he needs more time to get settled in, or maybe he’s just gettin’ too old for this runnin’ around business. Time will tell, I reckon.

But me, I don’t care much for all that. I just wanna see him play good football, catch the ball, and help the Dolphins win some games. That’s what matters, ain’t it? Not all the fancy talk and signed pictures. Just good ol’ fashioned football. Let’s hope this fella, signed Odell Beckham Jr., can do just that.
