Okay, so I’ve been trying to get better at predicting baseball games, and today I decided to tackle the SSG Landers vs. KT Wiz game. It’s always a bit of a toss-up, but I figured, why not give it a shot?
First, I pulled up some recent game stats. You know, just looking at their win-loss records, runs scored, runs allowed… the usual stuff. I wanted to get a feel for how both teams were performing lately.
Then, I started digging into the starting pitchers. Pitching is HUGE in baseball, so I checked out their ERAs, strikeouts, walks – all that good stuff. A good pitcher can really make or break a game, you know?
My Process
- Looked at team records.
- Checked recent performance.
- Compared starting pitchers.
After that, I tried to see if there were any injuries or other news that might affect the game. Sometimes a key player being out can really change things, so I like to see if something happened.
It took me a lot to figure out, I reviewed the stats, compare and check them many times, but at last.I went with SSG Landers. I just had a feeling, based on what I saw, that they had a slightly better chance. It wasn’t a super strong feeling, but I had to pick someone, right?
Of course, it’s all just a guess in the end. Baseball is a wild sport, and anything can happen on any given day. But hey, it’s fun to try and predict, and I’m learning a little more each time I do it. It’s not about being right all the time, it’s about the process, the learning, and enjoying the game!
