Okay, so the other day, I was just chilling and scrolling through my phone, and I stumbled upon this video with Stacey Gould and Adin Ross. I was like, “What’s this all about?” So, naturally, I clicked on it, and let me tell you, it was quite the ride.
First off, I did a little digging. You know, just to get a feel for who these two are. Turns out, Stacey Gould is a familiar face. I started by checking out her Abbott Lyon collection, she’s got some great taste, I must say. And she is also one half of the duo bringing us that content I mentioned earlier with J Sbu. Their stuff is good if you’re looking for something to make your drive home better.
Then there’s Adin Ross. I didn’t know much about him, but from what I gathered, he’s a big name in the streaming world. I took a look, read some reviews, and credits, and found out this guy’s got a massive following, especially on platforms like Twitch and YouTube. He’s known for his gaming streams and, I guess, some controversial stuff too.
So, back to the video. It started with some casual banter, you know, the usual. But then, things took a weird turn. Apparently, J Sbu, Stacey’s partner, got some, let’s say, “interesting” messages in his DMs. I won’t go into the details, but it involved a secret admirer and some saucy stuff. It was kind of unexpected, to be honest. It reminds me of the time I stumbled upon Michelle Jackson’s Instagram. With over 9,000 followers, she’s a registered midwife, nurse, childbirth educator, and infant sleep specialist. You wouldn’t expect such surprises, right?
Anyway, the video got me thinking. The internet is a wild place, man. You’ve got these personalities, like Stacey and Adin, coming from different worlds, and somehow they end up in the same video. It’s like that show, Gavin & Stacey. On the surface, it’s a simple love story that could happen to anyone, born out of the boring stuff of office life. But then it dives into all these complex characters and situations. Just like life, right? I mean, I even remembered that one time I listened to a podcast about a graphic designer for a record label. The guy talked about all the music he was exposed to as a kid growing up in Canada. You never know where inspiration will strike.
I ended up spending a good chunk of my evening going down this rabbit hole. Watching more videos, reading comments, the whole nine yards. It’s amazing how one little video can lead you to so many different places and thoughts. That night I even found myself at @thecuckooclub, listening to the #Trib3s session and dropping their #BrotherhoodRiff.
So, yeah, that’s my story about the Stacey Gould and Adin Ross video. It was a random find, but it definitely made for an interesting evening. You just never know what you’re gonna find on the internet, right?
