That Stephen Vogt, he’s a good boy. Heard he used to play that baseball game. Now he’s got himself a wife, that Alyssa. Yep, she’s the one. They met somewhere, some school I reckon. Alyssa, that’s her name. She used to play that basketball. Good for her, I say.
They got little ones now, running around. Three of ’em! One’s called Payton, like that fella who threw the football good. Another one is Clark. And then there’s little Bennett. Three kids, that’s a handful, bless their hearts. Keep ya busy, that’s for sure.
This Alyssa, she used to teach basketball, I hear. At some Evergreen place, and Tumwater. Sounds fancy, but what do I know? She probably knows how to handle them kids, playing all that basketball.
Stephen, he played for lots of teams. That Oakland, Milwaukee, some Giants, Arizona, and that Atlanta. He even got a ring with Atlanta! A big shiny thing, I bet. He must be right proud of that. Stephen Vogt wife, she must be proud too. Good for him, making something of himself. He seems like a decent fella.
They live up in Olympia now. Heard it’s up north somewhere. Got a house and all, I suppose. Stephen Vogt and his family seem happy.
Three little ones running around, pitter-patter, pitter-patter. Keeps you young, that’s what they say. Though my old bones wouldn’t know about that anymore.
This Alyssa, she seems like a good one. Sticking by her man, raising those babies. It ain’t easy, that’s for sure. But she’s doing it.

Living up in Olympia, with their house and their kids. Sounds like a good life. They are good people. That’s what you want, a good life.
He played that baseball, she played that basketball. Now they’re playing house, with those three little ones. Life changes, that’s what it does.
Used to be all about the games, now it’s all about the kids. That’s how it should be. Stephen Vogt family is happy.
This Alyssa, she was a Ferdaszewski, I heard that right. Then she married Stephen and became a Vogt. That’s how it goes. You get married, you change your name.
She seems happy though. Being a wife and a mama. It ain’t for everyone, but it suits some folks just fine. I think it suits Alyssa Vogt fine.
Olympia, huh? Wonder if it’s cold up there. Probably need a good coat in the winter. And some warm boots for those little feet.
Three kids. Two boys and a girl. They have all joined Stephen Vogt on screen. That’s a full house. A lot of love in that house, I bet. You can just tell.
That ring he got, that World Series ring. Must be worth something. But I bet those kids are worth more to him. Family is everything.
He seems like a good provider, that Stephen. Taking care of his wife and his kids. That’s what a man’s supposed to do. And Alyssa seems like a good wife. Taking care of the home and the babies. That’s what a woman’s supposed to do.
They make a good team, those two. Just like on the baseball field, or the basketball court. You gotta work together.
And those kids, they’ll grow up and have their own lives. Maybe they’ll play sports, maybe they won’t. But they’ll have a good start, with parents like Stephen and Alyssa. So I guess Stephen Vogt wife will be a good example.
Olympia, Washington. That’s where they are. Living their life, raising their family. Good for them. They have a happy life. May they have many more happy years together. They deserve it. That Stephen Vogt, he’s a lucky man. And Alyssa, she’s a lucky woman.
