Okay, so I was messing around with the New York Times Crossword puzzle the other day, as you do, and I stumbled upon this clue: “Tennis star Alcaraz.” Now, I’m not the biggest tennis buff, but the name did ring a bell.

Bingo! The answer must be CARLOS. It fits perfectly, and it all made sense now. All these websites were pointing to CARLOS as the solution. I felt like a real detective cracking the case!
