Okay, so I wanted to keep better track of my favorite golfers, especially Tiger Woods, during the Masters. I’m not a huge techie, so I wanted something simple. I decided to just track his scores, nothing fancy.

My Simple Score Tracking
First, I just grabbed a piece of paper – yep, the old-fashioned way! I figured that would be the easiest way to get started. I wrote down “Tiger Woods Masters Score” at the top.
Then, I made some columns. I’m only tracking per round, so I thought, “I’ll just jot down the date and his score for each round.”
- Date
- Round 1
- Round 2
- Round 3
- Round 4
Every day, after the round, I watched,I updated the paper with his score.
It wasn’t anything high-tech, just me keeping tabs on his performance. I found it helpful to have a visual record, even if it was just on paper. It was cool to see how his score changed from round to round.
Seeing the Results
After the Masters was all done, I had a complete record of his performance. I could look back and see how he did each day. It helped me understand the ups and downs of his game throughout the tournament.
This whole thing was super low-effort, but it worked for me. Maybe someday I’ll put it in a spreadsheet, but for now, my paper and pen method is doing the trick. I just like having a simple way to follow along!
