Okay, so I’ve been trying to figure out this whole “ipi height basketball” thing, and let me tell you, it’s been a journey. I started by, you know, just trying to play some hoops. I’m not the tallest guy, so I was looking for ways to improve my vertical. I figured, “Hey, maybe there’s some secret technique.”

I spent a good chunk of time, just shooting around, working on my jump shot, trying different things. I tried to jump higher, and I did different drills.
My “Experiment”
- Warm-up: Started with some basic stretches, you know, gotta loosen up those muscles. Leg swings, arm circles, the whole nine yards.
- Jumping Jacks: Did a bunch of these, trying to get my heart rate up and my legs ready.
- Practice Jumps: I just started jumping. Plain and simple. Tried to touch the rim, then the backboard. No luck at first, obviously.
- Layups: Worked on my layups, focusing on exploding upwards off my feet.
So, after my whole little workout, did I magically become a high-flying dunking machine? Nope. Not even close. I still have the same * I did get a good workout, and I felt like I was slightly more explosive. Maybe it’s all in my head, but hey, I’ll take it. I found that it’s just gonna take consistent work.
I keep practicing everyday. I’m not giving up yet. Maybe one day I’ll surprise everyone.
