Alright, let’s talk about my recent deep dive into the CSUN women’s basketball team. I’ve been following them for a bit, and with the new season coming up, I figured it was time to really see what’s going on with the team.
First off, I started by looking up their recent games. I noticed they had a pretty rough go against Hawai’i, losing 75-47. Ouch. That’s gotta sting. But then, I saw that they bounced back and beat La Sierra Golden Eagles 70-56 in their season opener. Nice! It’s always good to start the season with a win, especially when you’re playing at home, like they were, at the Premier America Credit Union Arena.
Digging Deeper
So, I dug a little deeper. It turns out they’ve got a new head coach this year, and from what I can tell, almost a whole new roster. That’s a lot of change! I also read some names.
- There’s this player, Erica Adams, who seems to be a key player. She scored 15 points in one of their games against the University of San Diego Toreros. They lost that one, 74-52, but still, 15 points is nothing to sneeze at.
- And I saw some photos too. There was one with a couple of players from USC, Rayah Marshall and Avery Howell. They looked focused.
- Also, I noticed some picture of a player, Jenna Kilty, waiting for the ball from her teammates. They seems like a group of team players.
Following Their Schedule
Next, I checked out their schedule. I saw they had some games coming up against UC San Diego and UC Riverside. Those are always tough matchups. And apparently, they had some games at the Galen Center against Cal Poly and, of course, CSUN. Both teams were undefeated at 1-0, so those must have been some intense games!
Final Thoughts
Honestly, it looks like the CSUN women’s basketball team is in for a challenging but exciting season. With a new coach and a lot of new players, they’re bound to face some growing pains. But they’ve also shown they can win, so I’m definitely going to be keeping an eye on them. It’s always interesting to see how a team evolves, especially when there are so many changes. Who knows, maybe they’ll surprise everyone!
And the journey was not that difficult, I just spent some time to read some news and articles, also viewed some photos online. Found some highlights of the team, analyzed their recent performance, and now I have a general idea of what the team is going through. Hopefully they can have a good season!
