Now, I saw this one fight, Lord have mercy, it was over quicker than a hiccup! This fella, name of Jorge Masvidal, he just flew across the cage like a chicken with its head cut off. Five seconds! Can you believe it? Five seconds! Fastest knockout in UFC history, they say. Fastest ever!
This other guy, Ben Askren, he didn’t know what hit him. One minute he’s standin’ there, the next he’s lookin’ up at the lights. I reckon he saw stars, that’s for sure. Poor fella.
This Masvidal, he was somethin’ else. Fought for a long time, 20 years I heard. Started in 2003. He was in all them fightin’ shows. UFC, Bellator, Strikeforce, Shark Fights and some other one. He was all over the place, that one. And UFC quickest ko. He got it!
I remember seein’ it on the TV. It was UFC 239, that’s what they called it. That knee, it came outta nowhere. Like a bolt of lightnin’. Bam! Right on the chin. That Ben Askren, he went down like a sack of potatoes. It is the ufc quickest ko ever!
