My Afternoon Went Sideways
So, I was just trying to look up some golf swing tips earlier. You know, the usual stuff, trying to fix my slice. Put in some keywords, pretty standard search.

And then, bam. Up pops this “grace charis leaked” thing all over the place. Not what I was looking for, not even close. It just kinda took over the results, mixed in with actual golf stuff. Annoying, really.
Made me think, you know? The internet’s gotten weird. You try to find one simple thing, and you get dragged into whatever drama or gossip is trending that day. It’s like wading through muck sometimes.
I remember trying to find a specific recipe last week. Same deal. Ended up scrolling past loads of unrelated junk, clickbait headlines, stuff I couldn’t care less about. Took me ages to find what I actually needed.
Here’s what I did today:
- Saw the weird trending term.
- Got annoyed it cluttered my search results.
- Tried refining my search terms for actual golf tips.
- Eventually just closed the browser tab for a bit.
- Decided maybe I’d just go practice my swing instead of reading about it.
It’s just distracting. You set out to do one thing online, get sidetracked by noise, and suddenly half an hour is gone. Just wanted to find out how to keep my left arm straight, man. Ended up just shaking my head at the screen.
Anyway, didn’t find the golf tips I wanted right then. Guess I’ll try again later, or maybe just stick to that old DVD I have somewhere. Less noise that way.
