Man, keeping up with these “Wuthering Waves” updates is a full-time job! I swear, every time I turn around, there’s a new version with new characters and banners. Today, I really want to talk about those 1.1 banners. Let me tell you the whole process of how I got it done.
First, I started by trying to figure out what was coming in 1.1. I heard some rumors about new resonators, but nothing concrete. So, I did what any sane person would do: I dove into the depths of the internet. Forums, social media, official announcements – you name it, I was there. It was a mess, man, but I managed to piece together some info.
Then, I saw the announcement for version 1.1. I did expect it! Two new characters are coming! I checked the details and found out that one is a 5-star and the other is a 4-star. Seems like they always make new characters, maybe to keep the game fresh or something. I do like trying out new characters, though.
- Changli: a 5-star Fusion Resonator who uses a sword.
- Taoqi: a 4-star Havoc Resonator.
- Mortefi: a 4-star Fusion Resonator who uses pistols.
After that, I went straight to my game and tried to pull for these characters. Spent a good chunk of my saved-up currency, but hey, gotta catch ’em all, right? Changli, with her sword, looked pretty cool, and Taoqi, well, she’s a 4-star, so hopefully, she’s not too hard to get.
Finally, after a bunch of pulls, I managed to snag Changli! Felt pretty good, not gonna lie. Taoqi came along too, which was a nice bonus. Then I spent hours testing them out, seeing how they play, what their skills are like. It’s a whole process, but I enjoy it.
So, yeah, that’s my experience with the 1.1 banners. It was a bit of a grind, but I got the characters I wanted, and now I’m just messing around with them in the game. We’ll see what the next update brings. Maybe another 5-star? Who knows!
The Next Step
Next, I learned about the upcoming version, which was version 2.0. Oh boy, two more new characters. This time they’re called Carlotta and Roccia. Not sure what they do yet, but you bet I’ll be there when their banners drop.
And guess what? I also heard whispers about version 2.1! Two more 5-star characters, Phoebe and Brant. Man, they’re really pumping these out. It’s gonna be a long wait, though, as I think it is said that it won’t be released until like, February of next year. At least I have plenty of time to save up.
Honestly, it’s a lot to keep up with, but it’s part of the fun, I guess. I just hope they keep the game balanced and don’t make it too pay-to-win. Anyway, that’s my rant for today. Time to go back and grind some more. Gotta get those levels up, you know?
